DE | Der Yachthafen für Superyachten zählt zu den luxuriösesten Yachthäfen
weltweit und ist mit der Eröffnung im Jahr 2008 quasi noch nagelneu. Wie
ihr euch das Ganze vorstellen könnt? Wie eine eigene kleine Stadt,
direkt am Meer gelegen. Beparkt von prächtigen Superyachten.
Ausgestattet mit diversen luxuriösen Shopping-Möglichkeiten von angesagten Designern, Gayo's Kunstgalerie,
zauberhaften Cafés und Bars und wohlschmeckenden Restaurants. Ganz zu schweigen von dem Yacht-Club mit dem größten Infinity-Pool Europas, ein Fitness-Studio im extra erbautem Gebäude und dem Hafen eigenen Strand, welcher nur per Boot zu erreichen ist. Die
Palmen, die Yachten und das Meer mit direktem Blick auf die Berge
Montenegros lassen einen verstummen. Atemberaubend ist der richtige
Ausdruck für dieses Flair und die Landschaft des Yachthafens. Es gäbe
keinen Ort wo ich momenten lieber wäre.
EN | The superyacht marina is one of the most luxury marinas in the world and of the youngest ones, because it opened in 2008. How to imagine this place? It's like a small village, directly on seaside. Attended with splendid yachts. Provided with different luxury shopping possibilites of trendy designers, Gayo's gallery of arts, enchanting cafés and bars and delicious restaurants. Not to mention the yacht club with its European biggest infinity pool, a gym in its extra building and marina own beach, only reachable by boat. The palms, the yachts and the sea with a view to the mountains of Montenegro let you fall silent. Breathtaking is the right expression for the flair and landscape of this marina. There ain't no place that I'd rather be.

The Regent Hotel Porto Montenegro
DE | Das zum Yachthafen zugehörige Regent Hotel Porto Montenegro ist ein 5* Luxus-Hotel der Regent-Hotelkette (http://regenthotels.com/regent-portomontenegro). Ende 2014 eröffnet, wurde es bereits im drauf folgenden Jahr zum luxuriösesten Newcomer-Hotel Europas gekürt. Diese Auszeichnung kann ich nur bestätigen. Ab der Sekunde der Ankunft durfte ich mich hier wie eine Prinzessin fühlen, denn genau so wurde ich auch behandelt.
Von einem Superior Zimmer über die exklusivsten Suiten, hier ist alles geboten. Inklusive Interior vom allerfeinsten. Ein riesengroßes Bad ist selbst in den Superior Zimmern enthalten, mit einem direkten Blick auf den Hafen aus der Badewanne heraus. Ebenso wie vom Bett aus. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge lassen einen komplett abschalten und jegliche Gedanken aus dem Alltag entgleiten. Vom hervorragenden Service, über eine äußerst exquisite Küche bis hin zu einem fabelahften Eventmanagement. Wir durften die Bucht von Kotor mit einem privaten Boot erkunden und das Land und die Berge mit eigener Reiseführerin. Quasi ein Rundum-Paket.
Für das Wohlfühlprogramm hat der Spa-Bereich gesorgt. Ein Infinity-Pool im 2. Stockwerk mit Aussicht auf den Hafen und ein riesengroßes Beauty- und Wellness-Angebot lässt dann auch die letzten Probleme vergessen.
Jedes Eck des Hotels lässt einen ins Schwärmen verfallen. Ich hoffe mein fabelhaftes Gefühl kann ich euch hiermit vermitteln.

In the end of 2014 openend, it's been selected in 2015 to the most luxury newcomer hotel in Europe. This award I can absolutely confirm. At the same second when I arrived I felt like a princes because I was treaten like this.
From a superior double room to very eclusive suites, here's everything your soul is reaching for. A very big bathroom and a bathtub with a view to the marina. The same like when you're lying in the comfortable king size bed. The view to the sea and the mountains let you forget the world around. From an extraordinary service, to an exquisite dining and terrific event management, you get anything you want. We explored Boka Bay and Kotor Bay by a private boat and the mountains with a private tour guide. An allround package.
Another feelgood factor was provided by the spa area. An infinity pool and the second floor with a view to the marina and a very big beauty and wellness offer let you finally forget the rest around you.
Each corner of this hotel makes let me rave about it. I hope I can show you this feeling.

Dining at the Regent Hotel
DE | Vom Frühstück von Buffet sowie à la carte, über 2 hauseigene Restaurants bis hin zu der Bar ist für Zufriedenheit für jeden Gast garantiert. Trüffel-Rührei, Belgische Waffeln und Obst und Gemüse jeglicher Art, insbesondere südländische Früchte lassen die Gäste perfekt in den Tag starten. Tagsüber gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten für Lunch oder Café und Kuchen. Der Dining Room serviert tagsüber sowie abends auch auf der Terasse, mit direktem Blick auf die Berge, das Meer und die Schiffe. Hier kann man sich über den Tag hin Lachstartar, Rindercarpaccio, Burger oder vegetarische Gerichte schmecken lassen. Ein zweites Restaurant, das "Gourmet Corner" sorgt für den kleinen Hunger und einen Lunch zwischendurch, wie zum Beispiel eine ausgezeichnete Tomatensuppe oder eine mediterrane Brotzeitplatte. Und hier ist natürlich auch für die kleinen Sünden gesorgt. Macarons, Torten oder Tarte sehen nicht nur wunderbar aus, sondern schmecken auch genauso.
Für ein extravagantes Ambiente zum Dinner sorgt am Abend der Dining Room in seinem eleganten rot-weißen Erscheinungsbild. Auch hier ist auf jeden Fall für alle Geschmäcker gesorgt.
EN | A breakfast from the buffet and á la carte, two in-house restaurants and the library bar is for the good of all. Truffle eggs, belgium waffles, fruits and vegetables, especially the southern ones let you enjoy a perfect start into the day.
During the day there are different options for having lunch or a coffee break. The dining room serves day and night, also at the terrace with a view to the marina, its boats, the sea and the mountains. Here you can have salmon tartar, bovine carpaccio, burger oder vegetarian dishes. A second restaurant, calle the Gourmet Corner, is for having a little lunch. For example a tomatoe soup or a mediterranean snack plate. But here you can also enjoy the sins. Macarons, cakes and tartes doesn't just look amazing, so they taste.
For an extraordinary atmosphere for dinner, there is the elegant dining room with its red and white interior. Here's also cared for every taste.

The Game of Chefs Dinner
DE | Wir hatten die außerordentliche Ehre an einem Gourmet Event in dem Dining Room des Regent Hotels teilzunehmen. Hier wurden wir in 7 Gängen inkl. Weinbegleitung von 7 verschieden Sterneköchen aus der Balkan-Region verköstigt. Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis mit so hervorragenden und neuen Geschmacksrichtungen wie ich es bisher nie kannte. Der Abend war ein kulinarischer Traum und ein krönender Abschluss für diesen märchenhaften Aufenthalt in Porto Montenegro!
EN | We had the extraoridnary honour to take part at the gourmet event "Game of Chefs" in the Dining Room of the Regent Hotel. Here we got spoiled with a 7-course dinner including wine accompany from 7 different michelin starred chefs from the balkan region. A sensational experience with outstanding and new flavours I never knew so far. This evening was a culinary dream and the culmination of a magical stay at Porto Montenegro!
